Germany took the gold in this race. Unfortunately Canada didn't place anywhere near the podium but it was still so fun to watch! This race was held at Whistler Creekside. There was lots of hype over Lindsey Vonn (USA) as after the Downhill she had been in first but she ended up not finishing the slalom from crashing!

This athlete is a brilliant Full Back, she was on the ball like it was glued to her stick. A fair and powerful sportswoman, just watching her play was a delight.
